December 15th 2009, Lyman, SC - Stewart Electronics is now the sole manufacturer of ALC Automated Lighting. Stewart Electronics will use the name "Genesis 1:3 Lighting" as the new product name for all future ALC manufactured products.
Since 1996 the ALC Automated Lighting system has been made by On-Q Legrand and was known as the On-Q Legrand ALC system. Today, Genesis 13 Lighting continues in their footsteps to support all the current distributors and installers just as On-Q Legrand has done so well.
With this move, Genesis 13 Lighting now assumes the roll of technical and product warranty support for all ALC Automated Lighting products and customers worldwide. We are honored that On-Q Legrand ALC has chosen Genesis 13 Lighting to continue manufacturing and supporting this product line and look forward to continuing their existing relationships. The quality and dependability of the On-Q Legrand ALC product line was a major reason we decided to take on this roll. Simply put, supporting this product line will be a pleasure!

ABOUT ALC LIGHTING
Unlike low voltage lighting systems costing much more, ALC Lighting products require no proprietary installation methods. All high voltage cabling is installed just as if standard electrical lighting was being installed. As an option to reduce wall clutter, our light switches can also be relocated and attractive scene switches put in their place.
Unlike no-wire technologies like powerline carrier (X-10, or UPB) or RF controlled switches, our system uses a hardwired Cat5 communication loop that provides 100% dependability! ALC lighting can stand alone or work with any home automation system. When used as a stand alone system, homeowners can easily reprogram scenes themselves in a matter of seconds.

OUR ALC HISTORY
The staff at Genesis 13 Lighting has been technically involved with the ALC product line and the home automation industry since its creation in 1996 and will continue to develop enhancements and new products. Through our training division we have provided over 9,000 classroom days of training for the home automation industry in our Lyman, SC automated classroom. We also offer a variety of courses available on line.
